What to expect?

All treatments and sessions are person centred. 

The first session will consist of an initial consultation, assessments, and situation targeted treatment. Following these stages, a plan will be created for you going forward. This can include personalised exercises to be carried out away from the clinic, therapeutic treatment interventions, and guided training. 


The following sessions typically include a wider assessment of potential causes of the highlighted issue(s) with an aim of treating the cause(s), not just the symptoms (where possible). 

Unfortunately I don’t have all the answers. If this is the case, we can refer and direct you towards the best possible help for your needs.

Sports therapy is not just for athletes!

Sports therapy is an alternative method of physical therapy interventions, covering a rage of issues from soft tissue tightness to operative recovery. Depending on the condition that is presented at the time there is a variety of methods we can use.

  • Personal training 

    • Sport specific and/or general fitness goals

    • Neurological 

  • Guidance and communication with other practitioners (ie. Coaching staff)
